Shimba Hills Safari, 2 Day Shimba Hills Safari, Mombasa to Shimba Hills Safari
Day 1: Mombasa - Shimba Hills Reserve
You will be picked from your hotel early in the morning and drive to Shimba Hills and drive through Digo (Kenya Coast tribes people) homesteads and coconut plantations and on to the Shimba Hills National Reserve gate and begin a game drive visiting Sheldrick Waterfalls at 11.00 am escorted by a game ranger.
Wildlife in Shimba Hills include elephants, buffalos, giraffes, impalas, hartebeest, rare leopards, black and white monkeys, attractive sable antelopes, and roan antelopes and different bird species including tropical guinea fowls, fish eagles, falcons and weaver birds among others.
Lunch at Shimba Hills Lodge (One of the tree top hotels at the coast region where you have a chance to see animals at the water hole) After lunch head on for another game drive till 6.00 pm then you will return to the Shimba Hill Tree Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Shimba Hills Reserve - Mombasa
Have breakfast at the Shimba lodge. After breakfast you proceed for a game drive try to get sight of more animals and enjoying the scenery until around 1000hrs. You are accompanied by a ranger for a guided bracing walk to the Sheldrick's falls where you can opt to take a shower under the falls. Have another one hours game drive before you eventually check out from Shimba Hills Reserve and drive back to your hotel arriving in the evening
